Today there are so many kittens in need of homes. Shelters and Animal Control do so much already but they can only do so much. Thus, the programs in place to cooperate with organizations like FURPA, Inc., a Rescue and network of foster parents for pets in need, like Casper! Don’t wait too long to inquire!
